Lemongrass and Mint handsoap … But is it really?

I was curious on the last three ingredients because if there is even the slightest bit of lemongrass or mint in this it would be at the bottom. I was right…the very last ingredient!  Companies have so many ways around what is actually in our products!  Most of us would have just accepted what was printed in the big bold letters on the bottle!
