Chakras and Supplements???? Who knew!

Everyone Talks About Essential Oils for Chakras

But until recently I had never really considered which supplements might be paired with each chakra. I thought through supplements for chakras, and here is what I came up with!

Root Chakra

Since the root chakra has such earthy energy, I wanted supplements that mimicked this grounded and comforting energy. Mineral Essence is an essential oil infused mineral complex. The mineral complex is drawn from beneath the earth under the Great Salt Lake, and this brings with it the unique blend of minerals.

AgilEase is another supplement that may support the root chakra. The polarity triad of the root chakra is the knees, neck and colon. AgilEase contains key ingredients that help bones and joints. It also contains turmeric root extract, and that earthy rooted energy comes with it. Lastly, it has essential oils from several very deeply rooted trees: black spruce and frankincense.

Sacral Chakra

Multigreens is the supplement for the next chakra: the sacral chakra. The sacral chakra has water energy, and Multigreens contains many key ingredients from the ocean. Solar Plexus

The solar plexus is the seat of fire in the belly, so the first product that came to mind was one to support digestion. Essentialzyme is my favorite digestive enzyme. It has a broad spectrum that helps to digest fats, proteins and carbohydrates.
